Course Description:
This exercise, which improves extension and shoulder girdle muscles, incorporates midline crossing and kinaesthetic visual sequential memory exercises. Using hoops and a stick enhances gross motor planning. The variety of exercises in this plan will keep things exciting and engaging for the participants, sparking their interest and enthusiasm. Incorporates sensory integration and concentration exercises.
