Course Description:
This exercise involving a 45cm ball, scooter board, or the floor with a suspension ball and a cake roller, is not just a workout. It’s a fun activity that strengthens back and shoulder girdle muscles. It also focuses on timing, eye-hand and ball coordination, preparing the learner for other vall sports, and enhancing gross motor planning. It is a fund and easy way to strengthen muscles and improve eye-hand coordination, keeping participants engaged and entertained. Incorporates sensory integration.
