Course Description:
This is a brilliant way to strengthen extension (back muscles) while combining it with a visual perceptual or eye-hand coordination game. By destructing the individual’s attention, the individual can exercise better. Midline crossing is incorporated. Video guides will explain this exercise thoroughly. Incorporates sensory integration and concentration exercises.
