Course Description:
This exercise strengthens both extension (back muscles) and shoulder girdle but also improves fine motor skills, such as finger grip, eye-hand coordination, and strengthening finger and hand muscles. It also incorporates midline crossing. A scooter board/trampoline on the floor can be midline crossing. Incorporates sensory integration and concentration exercises.
Time required: 3 sessions of 15 minutes.
Age-appropriate: (adaptable for three years to all age groups.
