Course Description:
This requires a hammock, hoops, and a pin. It strengthens extension, back muscles and shoulder girdle but incorporates midline crossing and timing. It is a brilliant bilateral integration exercise (incorporating alternating movements), motor planning (especially working on timing), and concentration exercises. Incorporates sensory integration.
Time required: 3 sessions of 15 minutes
Age appropriate: Adaptable for 3.5 years to all age groups
