Course Description:
This improves extension (back muscles), shoulder girdle, and muscle tone. The weight of the bean bags is a vital element for this exercise. It can be altered into two different exercises, where the bean bags can either be placed in a container or thrown toward a container. It enhances midline crossing and bilateral integration as well as midline crossing and eye-hand coordination. Incorporates sensory integration and concentration exercises.
Time required: 3 sessions of 15 minutes
Age appropriate: adaptable for three years to all age groups
